Being able to move through a full, natural range of motion will allow your body to perform at it's optimum, whether it be for fitness benefits or to excel at a particular sport. Strength without flexibility makes you vulnerable to injury and over training, which in turn can lead to training set backs.
EXCEL FITNESS offers flexibility training for fitness enthusiasts, older adults and sports participants. Specific training for golf, tennis, running/jogging/walking, gymnastics, football, basketball, soccer, and others is available.
Corporate flexibility programs are designed through the Fit-CHAT© program for the office worker and/or laborer who may be at risk of developing Repetitive Stress Injury due to poor work place ergonomics.
